Join me on the 4th Sunday of September for a distance energy clearing session, a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. (12 PM PST/ 8PM BST) *Please only sign yourself up, everyone needs to consent to energy healing themselves* Life can leave us carrying more than we realise. Stress, emotions, old patterns, busy thoughts, and experiences can all build up and sometimes we simply need a moment to put everything down. During this session, we’ll work with a combination of energy healing techniques with the intention of supporting you in releasing some of the mental, emotional, and energetic heaviness you may be carrying, while creating space for greater balance, peace, and clarity. Sometimes healing simply begins with giving yourself permission to stop for a moment. To breathe. To soften. To let go of what you’re ready to release. And to reconnect with yourself. This is a distance energy session, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. I’ll connect with you energetically while you simply relax and receive. Please create a comfortable, quiet, and safe space where you can be undisturbed during the session. Everyone’s experience is different. You may notice shifts during the session, or you may continue to process things over the following days or even up to two weeks. Emotions, thoughts, memories, sensations, or other experiences may arise as you move through your own process. There is no right or wrong way to experience the session. Most importantly, be gentle with yourself. Give yourself time and space to notice what comes up without feeling that you need to rush through it. Drink water/electrolytes to help the energy move These sessions are complementary and are not intended to replace medical or mental health care. Please consult with your medical or healthcare professional before participating in alternative or complementary healing practices to ensure they are appropriate for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Come exactly as you are.

Clients should consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. Results Disclaimer Outcomes vary by individual. No specific results or improvements are guaranteed. Client Responsibility The Client accepts responsibility for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, decisions, and actions, and agrees to seek professional care when needed. Confidentiality & Anonymized Information Information shared during sessions is confidential except where disclosure is required by law. The Client consents to anonymized session information being used for education, training, publications, books, marketing, social media, or illustrative examples. Identifying details and the Client’s identity will remain confidential. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. All sales are final and non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or additional rescheduling requests result in forfeiture of the session fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Online Sessions Services may be provided by telephone, video, or other electronic means. Technology failures or poor connections may occur and are outside the Practitioner’s control. Online communication cannot be guaranteed completely secure or confidential. The Client is responsible for being in a safe, private environment and must not participate while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in unsafe activities. The Practitioner cannot provide emergency assistance. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner and business are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks. Acknowledgment & Consent By booking this appointment, I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement, understand the nature and limitations of holistic services, accept responsibility for my participation, and voluntarily consent to receive services.
